As the previous map of Bahria Town Karachi shows the boundary walls clearly. There was no official map launched by Bahria Town Karachi about new boundaries but an announcement was made this week that the map is expected during this week.

If we talk about Bahria Paradise which is located in precinct 47, the area on the left side of road 1 covers 35% percent portion which was outside the boundary wall then afterward the boundary wall was broken down but still there is a lot of areas where the boundary wall is existing and there is no development outside the boundary wall but there is development within the boundary wall of Bahria Town Karachi’s perimeters of development and same is the case with precinct 48 it exists on the map but it is not developed yet.

If we see practically it can be seen that today development is not there but it will be developed after some time because everything takes time for development. One of the reasons for non-developed areas could be that the area is not under the possession of Bahria Town Karachi and meetings and dialogues are taking place for the possession of the areas but it is not confirmed that this is the case but at any cost, all the investors would be given their right if not in those places they bought then maybe in some other precincts. Bahria Town Karachi ensures the secure future of everyone’s properties. Everything which is going on is a part of the adjustment process.

Officially this message is not given that if anyone should sell their property file or adjust the file or their property is out of the boundary by the management so do not believe on these types of false statements. Now if we take a look at Bahria Sports City where precincts 38 and 39 are located and they consist of 1000-yard plots. The area of precinct 38 is under development and roads are also being laid down. Now Bahria Town Karachi has the ownership of the land. The boundary in precinct 38 is updated as well.

Precinct 41 to 45 are those which are discussed a lot. They consist of plots of 250 square yards and 500 square yards. They are non-developed. There was some development going on at precinct 41 but on-site, there was only a boundary wall some of these have been reallocated, the rest are in the process

Before taking any step, you should know about on-site work. It will answer your all questions and it will also resolve your confusion. The new map is said to be launched soon till then wait for any announcement by the authorities and do not believe any false rumors.
