Each apartment of 2 bedrooms has a cover area of  11 sq yards. In the type 1 of the apratent, there is an open balcony with the tv lounge area as well as another balcony next to the bedroom. In the Type 2 of the apartment, there is a small balcony to the corner of one bedroom and a larger one next to the living room. 

Both of the types of apartments have a store room and a spare powder room area for guests. There is an accompanying dressing room in the apartments as well with the master beds. Each option has a conveniently large kitchen and a spacious connected washroom to each bedroom. The apartment can be used to create rental income as well.
