In this notification we have explained the amount of tax being applied on customers as sellers and buyers in Bahria Town karachi. As per Income Tax Ordinance (2001) under section 236 k and 236 c , one has to pay tax at the time of buying and selling. Bahria management has given notification regarding FBR Property Valuation Table (Tax) of Bahria Town Karachi. (July 2019).

Incase of filer (1 %) and non-filer (2%) there is same ratio of tax
