As the Legal Advisor to PPL, my core responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and vetting all property-related legal documentation

• Conducting due diligence on properties, projects, and developer backgrounds

• Ensuring PPL and its clients are fully compliant with local development authorities and relevant regulatory bodies

• Providing legal opinions and risk assessments for investments, sales, and acquisitions

• Facilitating secure, transparent, and lawfully structured property transactions

I work independently in my capacity as a Legal Advisor, supporting both internal teams and clients by ensuring that every investment opportunity is legally sound and risk-free.

• LLB – Bachelor of Laws from BZU, Multan

• M.Phil in Mass Communication from International Islamic University, Islamabad

• BS (Hons.) in Mass Communication from Punjab University, Lahore
